Centercourt of Chatham Hosts First Annual Orange Ball and Green Dot Ball Pro/Am Fundraiser to Support Academy

On Friday and Saturday, August 9 and 10, young area tennis enthusiasts participated in an event that truly put the "fun" in fundraiser. Centercourt Athletic Club of Chatham held its first annual event to support Academy Cares at Centercourt.   
The event kicked off on Friday with Orange Ball and Green Dot Ball Pro/Am round robins.  Children were paired with teaching pros.  All participants received a goodie-bag and with prizes given away including a K-Swiss poster autographed by the Bryan Brothers and Arthur Ashe Kids Day tickets. On Saturday, children enjoyed a Red, Orange and Green Dot ball PlayDay. A total of $4,000 was raised.
"We are thrilled with the support we received and we plan to make this an annual event," commented Clay Bibbee, Managing Partner of Centercourt Athletic Club.  "Everyone had a great time while raising funds to help others play our great sport."
